If your computer is having issues, you don't have to put up with the daunting task of trying to fix it yourself. Read on below to learn more about Tech Loop and the services we offer.

DIAGNOSTIC No Charge

We'll diagnose most computer issues at no charge and contact you with your options. Although there is no charge for this service, we may need 24 hours to properly ascertain the problem with your computer. This does not include opening or dismantling laptops for hardware issues. Any fee for this service can be applied to the repair of the laptop.

PC & LAPTOP COMPUTER TUNE-UPS/VIRUS REMOVAL & REPAIR

SHOP LABOR

Virus Removal / Tune-up / General Repair – Flat Rate - $80.00

General Shop Labor – Per Hour $45 per hour

Depending on the severity of the problem(s), some repair services require additional work that does not fall into the flat fee pricing categories. In the event a computer needs more extensive repair, you will be contacted to discuss the available options and the estimated cost of repair.

Rush Charge (moves your computer to the head of the line)            $20

WARRANTY

We warranty all of our labor and parts for a period of 21 days, for the specific condition of the repair. There is no change for all services and/or parts for the above mentioned, however, in the event that the computer repair involved a virus, this warranty does NOT include any repeat infestations of a virus caused by the user. Any additional work will be billed as a new service or at the per hour rate of $45 per hour.

BACK UP SERVICE

One time backup service            $40 / $10 ea. additional DVD

Back up service will include copying data, pictures & music to either a DVD (1) or customer supplied external media or removed from one computer and re-installed to a separate computer.
